Balms with Benefits Ingredients
At Balms with Benefits we use the finest natural
ingredients in our aromatherapy lip balm blends.We use organic ingredients as much as
possible.
Bee’s
Wax – Bee’s Wax is an all-natural wax produced by
honeybees.
Olive
Oil – Olive Oil soothes, heals and lubricates the
skin.
Shea
Butter – Shea Butter has moisturizing and healing
properties and contains several natural anti-inflammatory agents and a minor sunscreen
agent.
Coconut
Oil - Coconut Oil is
excellent as a skin moisturizer and softener and protects against the harsh
rays of the sun.
Sweet
Almond Oil – Sweet Almond Oil is good for all skin types and
softens, smooths and soothes the skin.
Vanilla
– (Used in some of our blends) Vanilla is soothing, harmonizing and stabilizes
emotions.It has softening and moisturizing properties. We use
a natural vanilla flavoring that generates a pleasing, relaxing scent and blends
amazingly well with our essential oils.
Vitamin
E Oil - Vitamin E is an antioxidant and is anti-aging.
It reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.It also provides some benefit in preventing
and treating sunburn and is a natural preservative.
Primrose
Oil – Evening Primrose Oil promotes healthy skin and
skin repair.It soothes skin problems
and inflammation and discourages premature aging. It is also great for hormonal imbalances.
Stevia
– Stevia is a natural herb sweetener.
Mica – Mica is a natural pigment
and cosmetic color additive approved for use on lips and is completely dye
free.
Titanium Dioxide – Titanium
Dioxide is a naturally occurring mineral, used as a sunscreen.
Tin Dioxide – Tin Dioxide is a naturally
occurring mineral.
Iron Oxide – Iron Oxide is a pigment and
natural mineral.

reduces dryness.

– Bergamot is a very soothing essential oil that balances emotions and nerves.
Focus & Clarity – Rosemary Mint
Eucalyptus - Eucalyptus is stimulating and
refreshing and helps overcome sluggishness. It increases optimism. It
restores balance, improves concentration and increases intellectual
capacity. It promotes the regeneration
of skin tissue.

Pepper – Black Pepper increases awareness and improves
concentration.It stimulates mental
energy and motivation.
Peppermint
